Pro forma literally means ‘as a matter of form’. The pro forma invoice is a confirmed purchase order used to declare the value of the trade. It ensures pre-payment and that all components are there to avoid disagreements later. The final corresponding invoice will be sent after payment, for your accounts payable administration.There is no purchase obligation with a pro forma invoice before payment. After payment your order is final.

  • You are now logged in, please follow the steps and options.
  • You will receive a confirmation by email.
  • Our staff will make the pro forma invoice or quotation and email it to you.
  • Pay the pro forma via bank or if you opted for credit card you will receive a payment request.
